改善提案（前編） 現在弊社では『社員の成長を通した会社の成長』を目的として、他社の成功事例が自社でもうまくいくかどうかを試しています。 その中で最近、特に大きな発見があった取り組みについてご紹介します。 それは、『業務における改善点の発見』という課題です。 具体的には『いつもの仕事のやり方や会社の仕組みなど、社内のあらゆる物事について、現在の問題点を発見して提案して下さい』という内容です。 提出のタイミングや記載内容によって、これまでは何となくでしか想像ができなかった『各自のやる気や頭の中身』などが、大げさに言うと『透けて見える』ように感じることが増えました。 当然のことながら内容が薄かったり、具体的にどうすればよいか分からないような漠然とした提案では、自分達が成長するためのスピードはあまり加速されません。 （次回に続く） Suggestions for Improvement (first part) We are currently trying to see if the best practices of other companies will work for our own company, with the aim of “growing the company through … Read More
