改善提案（後編） 逆に、『実施した後の明るい未来が簡単に想像できるような提案内容』は秀逸だと言えます。 『これまでは誰も気付かなかったが 言われてみればその通りだ』という鋭い内容が、社歴の浅い社員から寄せられることもあります。 また、締切に対して提出の早い社員は、普段からそのような意識を持てている可能性も高いといえます。 これまで給与や賞与を決めるための査定は、上司（経営者）の頭の中だけで行われていたことがほとんどだったので、不満が出やすい状況でした。 この課題を継続することで他人の提案の採用実績なども目に入り、それに基づいた査定は透明度が高まることにも繋がると思います。 これからも、色んな他社事例をどんどん試していきます。 Suggestions for Improvement (latter part) On the other hand, “the content of the proposal that makes it easy to imagine a bright future after implementation” is excellent.
