革製品 製作補助 補足情報 革製品の製作を担当している女性社員による紹介文です。採用後は、彼女の指導のもと作業を進めて頂くことになります。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ ●経歴 私は、物心ついた頃から何かを自分で作ることが好きで、高校ではものづくりがしたくて工業高校へ進学し、卒業後は鍛冶屋に入り、出産を経てカネシゲ刃物に入社しました。 ●仕事内容 仕事では、「速く、丁寧に」が最初からできれば理想ですが、実際には「速さ」だけを意識すると作業が雑になりやすく、やり直しが増えてしまいます。反対に、「丁寧さ」だけを意識すると、時間がかかりすぎてしまいます。この二つを同時に最初から実現するのは難しいですが、少しずつ経験を重ね、数をこなすことで、両立できるようになってきました。（現在は1か月に約200丁ほど製作しています。） また、革は牛一頭一頭によってキズや荒れ具合、伸び方などが異なり、同じ作業でも毎回気を付けるポイントが変わります。そのため、革の状態をよく見極めながら、一つ一つ丁寧に仕上げることを心がけています。「これくらいでいいか」と妥協してしまうと、後の工程でやり直しが発生するため、どの工程でも気を抜かずに取り組んでいます。「同じ作業でも毎回違う」を楽しんで貰えたらと思います。 納期はあらかじめ決まっているわけではありませんが、出荷の遅れが出ないように気を付けています。またギャラリー（弊社併設の店舗）の在庫用や、ファンクラブ向けの限定販売品との兼ね合いで作業の順番が変わることもあるため、出荷担当の方と相談しながら、柔軟に対応しています。 ●職場環境 職場はとても働きやすい環境です。子どもがいるため、急に学校や園からお迎えの連絡が入ることもありますが、すぐに対応させてもらえたり、当日の休み申請も快く受け入れてもらえたりと、とても助かっています。子連れ出勤も理解してもらえるなど、安心して働ける職場だと感じています。また誕生日の人がいると、みんなでデザートを囲んでお祝いすることもあります。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 以上、勤務時のイメージを描く参考にして頂ければと思います。
