We are working to cover our weaknesses in sharpening skills and inexperience by taking the time to carefully finish each knife one by one, so that we can clear the quality to our satisfaction.

Although our knife-making skills are still in our infancy, we will continue to judge the quality of our products at the same level as we have in the past.

研ぎの技術や経験不足という弱点は、一丁一丁時間をかけて丁寧に仕上げることによってカバーし、自分達が納得のいく品質をクリアできるよう取り組んでいます。

包丁を作る腕はまだまだ未熟ですが、製品を見る目としてはこれまでと同じ水準で、今後も品質の良しあしを判断していきます。
