Next, regarding your point that “one’s approach to work may differ depending on one’s outlook on life,” this is something I strongly agree with as well.

However, I believe that one’s outlook on life is different from one’s “innate personality” and is something that changes constantly as a result of life experiences.

It wasn’t until just a year and a half ago—when I turned 48—that I myself came to deeply understand that “striving toward lofty goals is essential to living a fulfilling life” and began to act on that understanding.

次に、ご指摘の『人生観の違いによって仕事への取り組み方が変わのではないか』という考えですが、これは僕も強く共感するところです。

ただ、人生観とは『人間が持って生まれた性格』とは違い、生きていく上での経験によってどんどん変わっていくものだと思います。

自分自身も、『人生を充実させるためには、高い目標に向けて努力することが必要である』ということを深く理解し、行動し始めたのはほんの一年半前、48歳になってからでした。
