【No.212】自社で研ぐステンレス系包丁の開発 (20)

職人Ｂにとってはシンプルに、さらなる自信を持つきっかけになります。

 

 

I think it is the same for everyone that ‘it is hard to have confidence when you are inexperienced,’ but he was particularly suffering from a situation where ‘my work was not contributing to the company’ quite a bit in his early years with the company, probably due to his reserved nature (【No.98】,【No.99】).

Since the time of 【No.191】, his facial expression had begun to change little by little. If he continues to work hard at this rate, I believe he will become more proactive in his approach to work and will be able to do an even better job.

(We will report back on the two types of stainless steel knives as progress is made.)

 

 

 

『経験が浅い時にはなかなか自信を持てない』というのは誰でも同じだと思いますが、特に彼は控えめな性格のせいか、入社後間もない頃は『自分の仕事が会社に貢献できていない』という状況にかなり苦しんでいました（【No.98】,【No.99】）。

【No.191】の頃から少しずつ表情が変わり始めていましたが、引き続きこの調子で頑張れば仕事に取り組む姿勢ももっと積極的になり、さらによい仕事ができるようになると思います。
