The situation might have been different if there had been “a high level of sharpening skill like the craftsmen of HD2, which looks simple but attracts customers.

『見た目はシンプルでもお客さんを惹きつける、ＨＤ２の職人さんのような高いレベルの研ぎの技術』があれば状況は違っていたかも知れません。

 

 

But we don’t have those skills yet.

As a result, we are not in a position to present this knife in its full glory, so we have decided to forgo the planned “lineup as a standard product”.
In line with this, special sales within the Membership Program will not be conducted.

At this point, we have a few pieces that have been completed up to the handle installation and will be displayed in the gallery attached to our company.

We will consider our future policy while listening to the reactions and opinions of customers who actually hold the actual products in their hands and examine them.

しかし僕達はまだ、そのような技術を持ち合わせていません。

その結果、今回の包丁は満を持して発表できる状況ではないので、予定していた『定番品としてのラインナップ』は見送ることになりました。
ファンクラブ内での特別販売についても実施しないことになります。

現時点で柄挿げまで完成しているものがいくつかあり、それらは弊社併設のギャラリーに陳列する予定です。

実際に現物を手に取って頂き、吟味して頂くお客さんの反応やご意見を伺いながら、今後の方針を考えることにいたします。
