そもそもこの粉末鋼の牛刀の製造は、とある職人さんが弊社のスタイルに共感を頂いて下さったことから実現したものです。

As part of this process, the forging process (which is often omitted by many manufacturers) was properly carried out for this powdered steel, and as a result, “deep engraving,” which is not possible with ordinary powdered steel knives, was achieved, improving the quality of the appearance of the knives.
