We have finally completed the powdered steel Gyuto that we have been reporting on the development status of in【No.184】 – 【No.186】.

 

【No.204】自社で研ぐステンレス系包丁の開発 (12)

【No.184】～【No.186】にて開発状況をお伝えしていた、粉末鋼の牛刀がついに完成しました。

 

 

We had planned to sell these knives to our members in advance, as we have done in the past.
Of course we wanted to do so, and we explored the possibility until the very last minute.

However, after much consideration, we feel that it is unfortunately difficult to do so at this time.

Let me tell you how we came to this idea.

この包丁についても、これまでのように会員の皆さんに先行販売させて頂く予定でした。
もちろんそうしたいと思っていましたし、ギリギリまで可能性を探っていました。

ところが検討を重ねた結果、現時点では残念ながら今回それを実施するのは難しいのではないかと感じています。

この考えに至った経緯をお伝えさせて下さい。
