The third series of knives introduced in 【No.129】 – 【No.133】 continued to be manufactured and a certain quantity was ready.

自社で研いだ包丁 第三弾 (6)

【No.129】～【No.133】でご紹介した第三弾の包丁ですが、その後も製造を続け、ある程度の数量が準備できました。

We are currently preparing the product for distributors, but have also decided to reserve a separate quantity for our members.

Incidentally, at first only Craftsman A sharpened these knives, but as Craftsman B gained experience, a system was put in place for him to take part in the process.

By doing so, we will strive to ensure a more stable supply.

現在、販売店さん向けに準備していますが、別途会員の皆さん向けに数量を確保することも決めました。

ちなみに当初この包丁は、職人Ａだけが研いでいましたが、職人Ｂも経験を積んだ結果、工程の一部を担う体制も整いました。

これによって、より安定的な供給ができるようにしていきたいと思います。
