『掲げる目標が大きければ大きいほど、人間の成長のスピードは早い』のだそうです。
そのため、目標が小さいスタッフについては、より大きな目標を掲げるよう、再度考えてもらっています。

For staff who set high goals, I believe that by supporting them, the company can grow together with them.

With staff who have filled out many items, we can discuss together ‘which goals should be prioritized’ based on the direction of the company.

Based on these mechanisms, we would like to continue our efforts to increase the speed of the company’s growth.

高い目標を掲げたスタッフに対しては、それをサポートすることによって、会社も一緒に成長していくことができると思います。

たくさんの項目を記入したスタッフとは、会社の方向性を踏まえて『どの目標を優先すべきか』を一緒に話し合うことができます。

これらの仕組みをベースにして、会社の成長スピードを上げられるよう、これからも努力し続けたいと思います。
