Growth goals for the company, myself, and staff (12)

The content was about ‘businesses I want to challenge in the future,’ but I could tell that the member was speaking with great vigor, perhaps because of the different tone of the voice.

『将来チャレンジしたい事業』についての内容だったのですが、声のトーンが違ったせいか、とてもイキイキしながら話していることが分かりました。

 

I felt that the project was somewhat unfeasible and would need to be modified.

But the important thing is that it was easy to imagine that if only the engaged workers could be prepared for such an exciting task, their operational efficiency would naturally increase.

I felt once again that how to increase the overlap between “what the company wants to promote” and “what the staff wants to do” will be a major point for the company’s growth in the future.

事業としてはやや実現性が低く、修正が必要になる内容だとは感じました。

しかし重要なことは、従事者がこのくらいワクワクするような仕事さえ準備できれば、その業務効率は自然と高まるのだろうということが容易に想像できたことです。

『会社で進めたいこと』と『スタッフがやりたいこと』の重なる部分をいかに増やすかが、今後会社を成長させる上での大きなポイントになるのだと改めて感じました。
