All staff members have completed submissions for the “Dreams and Goals You Want to Achieve in Your Future Life” form.

Incidentally, the form had four fields to fill in: 20 years, 10 years, 3 years, and 1 year.

『今後の人生で叶えたい夢や目標』の記入について、全スタッフからの提出が完了しました。

ちなみに用紙には、２０年後・１０年後・３年後・１年後の４つの記入欄を設けていました。

 

 

Therefore, some staff members had to ‘manage to squeeze out some items with difficulty.

As a result, however, it was really great to have everyone fill out the form.

There were several reasons, but the one that had the greatest impact was the way one of the staff members spoke when I asked about the information on the form.

そのため、スタッフによっては『苦労しながらなんとか絞り出した』という項目もあったようです。

しかし結果としては、全員に記入してもらって本当によかったと思うことができました。

理由はいくつかありますが、一番インパクトが大きかったのが、記入内容についてこちらから質問したときの、あるスタッフの話しぶりでした。
