Growth goals for the company, myself, and staff (9)

Now that I have written at length about the company's and my own goals, I will now consider the growth goals of the staff.

No matter how strongly I have set goals for the company, it is very difficult to get staff to understand them and work on them with the same level of enthusiasm.

In fact, I have failed many times in the past and will continue to do so by trial and error until I get it right.

会社や自分の目標についての記述が長くなりましたが、続いてスタッフの成長目標について考えてみます。

いくら自分が強い想いを持って会社の目標を立てたとしても、それをスタッフに理解してもらい、同じくらいの熱量で取り組んでもらうのはとても難しいことだと思います。

実際これまでも僕は何度も失敗してきたので、うまくいくまで今後も試行錯誤していくことになると思います。
