As we reported in a previous article, LI had many elements that affected the finish, an aspect that made it quite difficult to achieve a uniform look.

ＬＩは以前の記事でもお伝えした通り、仕上げに影響を及ぼす要素が多く、見た目を統一させるのがかなり難しいという側面がありました。

If a slightly different finish is achieved, of course, rework is necessary, and the process has to be redone from the beginning, which doubles or triples the time required.

While working on that as well, so far we have started to steadily build up our inventory for release.

But then I set a policy of “aiming for high targets (sales),” which caused craftsman A to rethink the efficiency of LI’s production.

As a result, we determined that ‘LI production will continue to lose a significant amount of time.

We then settled on the finish we introduced in the last issue, which does not change the appearance significantly but allows for more efficient manufacturing.

少し違う仕上げになった時は当然手直しが必要で、その工程を初めからやり直すことになるので、そこにかかる時間は２倍、３倍と膨れ上がってしまいます。

それもこなしながら、これまではリリースに向けてコツコツと在庫を作り始めていました。

ただ、その後僕が『高い目標（売上）を目指す』という方針を掲げたことにより、職人ＡはＬＩの製造効率について改めて考えました。

その結果『ＬＩの製造は、今後もかなりの時間的ロスが出る』と判断しました。

そして、見た目は大きく変わらないが、製造効率をもっと上げることができる、前回ご紹介した仕上げに落ち着きました。
