Just as it took me a long time to switch my thinking, I know it will not be easy to get my staff to switch their thinking.
However, if I carefully convey my thoughts to each staff member, I am sure that one day we will be able to share them, and I will continue to convey them until we are able to accomplish this.

自分が思考を切り替えるのに時間がかかったように、スタッフに思考を切り替えてもらうのも簡単なことではないとは思います。
しかし、一人ひとりに丁寧に思いを伝えていけば、いつかは必ず共有できると思いますし、それが達成できるまで伝え続けます。

When I launched Konosuke in 2006, I was determined to achieve my goal of “developing Konosuke into a knife brand like no other.

At that time, I did not have confidence that I would achieve it, but I had firm confidence that ‘I will never give up until I achieve it.

As for this goal as well, I cannot control ‘whether or not I will succeed,’ but I can control ‘to keep trying until I succeed.

I will concentrate on efforts that are up to me and can be controlled, and together with the confidence that ‘I will never give up until I succeed,’ I will continue to make solid progress, little by little.

2006年に幸之祐を立ち上げた時、『他にない包丁ブランドに育てたい』という目標に向けて、強い意志を持って取り組みました。

その時、必ず達成するという自信はありませんでしたが、『達成するまで絶対に諦めない』という自信はしっかりと持っていました。

今回の目標についても、『成功するかどうか』は自分ではコントロールできませんが、『成功するまで努力し続けること』は自分でコントロールできます。

自分次第でコントロールできる努力に集中し、『成功するまで絶対に諦めない』という自信と共にこれからも少しずつ、しっかりと歩みを進めていきます。
