『炭素鋼牛刀の鍛造工程に、いつかは自社でチャレンジしたい』という気持ちも、『うかうかしていると、自分が引退するまでには間に合わないかも知れない』という危機感に変わりました。

I have also come to feel from within myself the importance of “setting goals for a shorter span of time, such as years or months, and doing them first in order to advance toward my ultimate goal in the future,” which I have seen in various places but have not been able to put into practice.

It may seem that “striving to increase sales” is a goal only for ourselves, but I hope you will warmly watch over us as we ultimately deliver more products to consumers.

The next step is ‘how to involve subordinates and share this idea to speed up the business.

今まで各所で目にしつつもなかなか実践できなかった『将来の自分の最終目標に向かって進むために、年単位や月単位などのより短いスパンでの目標を立てて、まずはそれをこなしていくこと』の重要性が、自分の内側から感じられるようにもなってきました。

『売上を増やすための努力』は、自分達のためだけの目標のようにも見えるかもしれませんが、結果的には消費者の皆さんにより多くの製品をお届けすることにもつながると思いますので、暖かく見守って頂ければ幸いです。

次のステップは、『いかに部下を巻き込み、この考えを共有して事業のスピードを上げていくか』です。
