As we continued to sharpen knives, which was the first step for beginners, we gradually became more confident as we overcame various problems through trial and error, and we were already filled with the desire to try our hand at forged gyuto in Sakai.

入門編として、まずはじめに取り組んだ包丁の研ぎを続け、試行錯誤しながら色んな課題を克服していくうちに少しずつ自信を持てるようになり、早くも『堺の鍛造品（牛刀）にもチャレンジしたい』という気持ちが溢れてきました。
