Building a team that covers your weak areas (1)

When I look back on the work I have done and analyze it objectively, I think I find it very rewarding to take on challenges that no one has ever done before.
However, the flip side of this is that there are many times when I feel pain in a job where I have to “keep doing what we have always done in a certain way.

これまで取り組んできた仕事などを振り返って客観的に分析すると、自分自身は『誰もやったことのないこと』にチャレンジをすることに大きなやりがいを感じるように思います。
ただ、その裏返しでもありますが『やり方が決まっていることをずっとやり続ける』ような仕事においては、苦痛を感じることも多々あります。
