Of course, the rules we’ve established this time alone won’t solve every problem.

However, through this experience, we were all able to share an understanding of “the importance of taking the initiative” and “the sense of fulfillment that comes when it works out,” so it was a huge step forward that will serve us well in the future.

I feel like if another problem comes up, we'll be able to overcome it this way.

Carrying out the decisions we’ve made ourselves means taking responsibility for the results—and it also means sharing the risks.I hope that by sharing responsibilities and risks, each person will feel even more strongly that they are an important member of the team.

もちろん今回決めたルールだけで、全ての問題が解決できる訳ではありません。

しかし今回のことで『自主的に動いてもらうことの重要性』や、『それが上手くいったときの充実感』を全員で共有できたので、今後に繋がるとても大きな一歩となりました。

また新たな問題が出てきた時にも、このようにして乗り越えられそうな気がします。

自分達で決めたことを実行するということは、その結果に責任を持つということで、リスクを共有してもらうということでもあります。責任やリスクを共有してもらうことで、各自がチーム内の重要なメンバーの一人であるという自覚をより強めてもらえればいいなと思います。
