To make it easier to understand the structure of the jig, I first make it out of cardboard.

The body of the router is fixed and set so that the rotating part (1) is exposed.

I believe that leather can be easily polished by sliding it over the workbench in this state.
(It may be necessary to carefully decide how far (1) should be raised relative to the height of the workbench.)

治具の構造を理解しやすいようにするため、まずはダンボールで作ります。

ルーターの本体は固定し、回転部(１)がむき出しになるようにセットします。

この状態で作業台の上を滑らせるようにすれば、簡単に革が磨けると思っています。
（作業台の高さに対して、(１)をどの程度までせり上げるべきかは、慎重に決める必要がありそうです）
