How can we build a solid foundation that can be easily and inexpensively built without welding, that can be fine-tuned in height as needed once it is up and running, that can hold large motors and other machinery weighing several tens of kilograms without problems, and that can be screwed in place to hold them in place?

溶接が出来なくても低コストで簡単に、また稼働し始めてからも必要に応じて高さなどの微調整ができ、そして数十kgもある大きなモーター等の機械類を載せても問題がなく、さらにはそれらを固定するためにビス留めができるような、しっかりとした土台を作るにはどうすればいいか。。
