この革サヤを作っているスタッフですが、同じくモノづくりが好きなお母さんに自分の仕事のことを話すと、『その度に必ずと言っていいほど、いつもうらやましがられる』と話してくれました。

By the way, every time I hear such episodes, I feel a great sense of fulfillment as a manager.

This is because “if a staff member does not enjoy his or her work, it is impossible for those around him or her to envy it.

I believe that it is because they talk about their work with a sense of liveliness that we can receive such comments from a third party.

I will continue to make every effort to keep this kind of work environment in the future.

そこで、お母さんにも何らかの仕事をお願いしてみることにしました。

ちなみにこのようなエピソードを聞くたび、経営者としての大きな充足感を覚えます。

というのも、『もしスタッフ本人が自分の仕事を楽しんでいないのであれば、周りの人がうらやましがることは有り得ない』と思うからです。

活き活きした自分の仕事ぶりを気持ちを載せて話すからこそ、第三者からこのようなコメントを頂けるのだと思います。

これからもこのような職場環境をキープできるように、しっかりと精進していきたいと思います。
