The impetus for the manufacture of pin-less saya (1)

When we launched Konosuke in 2006, most of our customers were Japanese, and it was rare for them to purchase saya (sheath) together.

However, a few years later, when we started exporting our products overseas, most of our customers started requesting sayas, and since then we have prepared and shipped the same number of sayas as knives.

Many problems always occur in the manufacturing process, but there have been a number of problems with sayas in the past.

2006年に幸之祐を立ち上げた当初は、お客さんのほとんどが日本人で、サヤを一緒に購入される方は稀でした。

しかしその数年後、海外に輸出するようになってからは、ほとんどのお客さんがサヤを要望されるようになり、それからは包丁と同じ数のサヤを準備して出荷してきました。

モノづくりをする上では常に色んな問題が起きるものですが、ことサヤに関してはこれまでいくつもの問題が発生していました。
