心が動く買い物

日々モノづくりをする中で、最近では特に『お客さんに製品を買って頂くためには、いかにその人の心を動かすことができるか』という、シンプルですがとても大事なことに気付くことが増えてきました。

昔はモノ消費の時代、今はコト消費の時代に変わった、と言われます。

ただ、よく考えると、家庭内にモノが少なかった頃は、シンプルにモノを買うこと自体が買う人の心を動かし、
モノに溢れた今では、買う人の心を動かすのはモノだけではなくなったということだと思います。

興味の対象が変わっただけで、『人は心が動かされたものに価値を感じて購入する』という意味では何も変わっていないと思います。

もちろん、『人の心を動かす何か』を生み出すのはかなり難しい作業ではありますが、今後も、自分達にしか生み出せない価値とは何かを常に考えながら、モノづくりを続けていきたいと思います。

Purchasing that moves your heart

While involving in manufacturing every day, especially recently “In order for a customer to buy a product, it is important to move the customers’ heart.”
This is a very simple but important thing that I have come to realize more and more.

It is said that in the past, there was an era of “tangible goods consumption”, and now we are living in an era of “intangible goods consumption”.

However, if you think about it, when there were not many things in the home, the simple act of buying something moved the customers’ heart.
Nowadays, when we are overflowing with things, I think that customers’ minds are no longer just about things.

I don’t think anything has changed in the sense that “people buy something that moves them because they feel it’s worth it” just that their interests have changed.

Of course, it’s quite difficult to create “something which moves people’s heart”, but we’ll continue to create things while always thinking about the value that only we can create.
