As I’ve mentioned before, we’ve been experimenting with different approaches to figure out how to make the current Konosuke Team stronger.

However, through this study, I realized how important it is to consider what needs to be done to ensure the company remains a strong organization—not only when I eventually hand over the reins to my successor, but also long after I am gone.

『現在の幸之祐チームが強くなるためにはどうすればよいか』について、試行錯誤しているのはこれまでお伝えの通りです。

しかし今回の学びによって『将来代表の立場を後任に譲ったとき、さらにはその先の自分の死後においても、良い企業であり続けるためにはどうすればよいか』を考えることが重要であることに気付きました。
