One year ago, thanks to encountering a book by a renowned Japanese business leader, I learned that setting ambitious goals is essential for both myself and the company to continue growing, and for all employees to lead fulfilling lives.(As previously reported in our articles at the time, the circumstances were as follows)

And over the past year, incorporating what I learned from other books I read afterward, we've gone through a lot of trial and error.

今から１年前に、ある日本の有名な経営者の本に出会ったお陰で、『自分自身と会社が成長し続けて、従業員全員が充実した人生を送るためには高い目標を掲げることが必要不可欠である』と学びました。（その経緯については、当時の記事でお伝えしてきた通りです）

そしてその後、他の本で学んだことも踏まえてこの１年、色んな試行錯誤を繰り返してきました。
