I imagine it's something like, “After working so hard, is this all I get?” or “I'm working just as hard as before, so I should get the same amount as last time.”

これまで（情報を公開していなかった時）は、従業員からすれば「ブラックボックスを通して決定される賞与」に、常に「何らかの思い」を持っていたかも知れません。

それは「こんなにも頑張ったのに、これだけの額しかもらえないの？」とか、「自分はこれまでと同じように頑張っているから、前回と同額がもらえて当然だ」というようなものだと想像します。
