Since I didn't ask the employees, I still don't know what changes have occurred in everyone's minds as a result of this disclosure.

(If there's good feedback, it should naturally come to me without me having to ask. And I dislike creating an atmosphere where I assume “there must have been some positive change,” so I make a point of not asking myself.)

従業員に尋ねた訳ではないので、今回の情報開示によって、皆の心の中でどのような変化が起きたのかは、まだ分かりません。

（よいフィードバックがあればこちらから聞かなくても自然と聞こえてくるはずですし、僕自身「何らかのよい変化があっただろう」と決めてかかるような雰囲気を作り出すのも嫌なので、自分からは聞かないようにしています）
