December is the time when winter bonuses are paid at many companies in Japan, and our company also paid them last month.

従業員のエンゲージメント（【No.295】）を高めるための取り組みを、また一つ実行してみました。それによって起きた変化について、ご報告します。

毎年12月は、日本の多くの企業で冬の賞与が支払われる時期で、弊社でも先月支給を行いました。
