【No.309】 Refining the engraving design for the BY (8)

Based on the concept image [L] we created, the designer produced [M].(By the way, this is the first instance of “data created using software” we've received during this exchange.)

Regarding the background color of the design, it was deliberately chosen as yellow to avoid excessive eye strain on computer screens.We were reminded that truly exceptional professionals pay attention to even the smallest details, and we felt this was a wonderful example of customer care that we should all learn from.

こちらで描いた希望イメージ[Ｌ]に基づき、デザイナーさんが作成して下さったのが[Ｍ]です。（ちなみにこれは今回のやりとりで初めて頂いた、”ソフトで作成したデータ”です）

デザインの背景色については、『パソコン画面上で目への刺激が強すぎないように』とあえて黄色にして下さったとのこと。素晴らしい仕事をされる方はこんなところにも気配りができるのだということを思い知り、僕達も大いに学ぶべき『顧客に対するすばらしい気遣い』だと感じました。
