So, I decided to work with her to see how we could improve the efficiency of manufacturing leather sheaths.

そこで、革鞘の製造効率をあげるためにはどうすればよいか、僕自身も協力して一緒に考えることにしました。

ただ、自分自身が納得して続けている仕事のやり方を、他人の指示によって違う方法に変えさせられるのは誰でも嫌だと思います。

By the way, to improve production efficiency, jigs (auxiliary tools for fixing, positioning, and guiding workpieces during machining and assembly) are required.

In this issue, I will consider how to improve efficiency by making jigs by hand.

そのため、できるだけそんなことが起きないように、本人の意向を逐一確認しながら進めていくことを意識しようと思います。

ところで、生産の効率を上げるためには、治具（加工や組み立ての際に、工作物を固定したり、位置決めをしたり、加工を案内したりするための補助工具）が必要になります。

今回は治具を手作りして、効率を上げる方法を考えてみます。
