I was told by a craftsman with decades of experience that even in that workshop it can take up to two days when a younger person replaces it, so perhaps this time things are still on the right track.

Still, what in the world is it about replacement work that even experienced craftsmen have a hard time doing?

I recently read a book written by a famous business manager who taught, ‘In any work, start by denying precedent.

I am sure there is still room for improvement in this process as well.

何十年もキャリアのある職人さんに聞いたところ、その工房でも若手が取り替える時は２日ほどかかることもあるそうなので、今回はまだ順調に進んだ方なのかもしれません。

それにしても、ベテランの職人さん方でも苦労するような取替作業って、一体どういうことなんでしょうか。。

最近読んだ有名な経営者が書いた本には、『どんな仕事においても、まずは前例の否定から始めよ』という教えがありました。

この作業においても、まだまだ改善の余地があるのだろうと思います。
