Perhaps because of my personality, which is ‘I get the most pleasure from creating new things,’ I could only see the amount of sales as ‘the result of repeatedly making the same thing,’ and could not give the same level of attention to it.

『新しいものを生み出すことに一番の喜びを感じる』という自分の性格のためか、売上の金額は『同じものを繰り返し作った結果』としてしかとらえられず、同程度の関心を向けることができませんでした。

I finally realized that we were spending too much time on “new product development” compared to “daily operations.

So this time, we were in a big hurry to get all the staff to turn to “daily operations” and desperately try to make things add up.

Thanks to everyone’s hard work, we have almost completed the “daily operations” of making products to achieve our goals, and now we only have to ship the products to each distributor.

『日々の業務』に比べ『新商品の開発』に時間を割きすぎていたということが、ようやく分かりました。

そのため、今回は大慌てでスタッフ全員に『日々の業務』に回ってもらい、必死に辻褄合わせをすることになってしまいました。

皆の頑張りのお陰で、目標を達成するための製品を作る『日々の作業』はほぼ終了し、後は各販売店さんへの出荷作業を残すのみとなりました。
