Setting high goals (10)

After consultation, we decided to start with the following simple first steps.

高い目標を掲げること (10)

相談の結果、まず最初のステップとして、以下のようなシンプルなことから始めることにしました。

①At the beginning of each month, check the amount of sales for the previous month

②Based on this, determine exactly what and how much to ship in order to achieve the target amount for the month

③All members can see the contents at any time and work together to ship them by the end of the month

Perhaps these efforts may be quite basic in general.

However, in committing to future growth, I believe it is important to recognize what we are not able to do now, so I have ventured to introduce these steps as well.

①毎月初めに 前月の売上額を確認する
②それを踏まえ、当月の目標金額を達成するために、何をどれだけ出荷するかを具体的に決める
③その内容をメンバー全員がいつでも見られるようにし、月末までにそれらを出荷するために皆で協力して仕事を進める

ひょっとしたらこのような取り組みは、一般的にはかなり基礎的なことかも知れません。

しかし、今後の成長を誓うにあたっては、今出来ていないことをしっかりと認識することも大事だと思いますので、あえてこのようなステップもご紹介させて頂くことにしました。
