革サヤについて、包丁が薄い場合は比較的スムーズに出し入れができるのですが、分厚くなるに従い、出し入れがしづらくなることが分かりました。

Also, depending on the shape of the knife, the jaw (→) may stick into the pillow when it fits inside the pod, making it difficult to remove.
We are working on improvements to solve these problems.

Also, although three-layer construction is the current standard, we have found that for thin knives, a two-layer system without pillows can also hold them securely.

The two-layer system will reduce the time required to manufacture the product, which will lower the cost and thus the selling price, so we will proceed with both lineups in the future.

また、包丁の形状によっては、サヤの中に収まった時にアゴの部分（→）が枕に刺さって取り出しづらくなることもあるので、これらの問題を解決すべく、改良を進めています。

また、現在は３層構造が基本になっているのですが、薄い包丁用には枕なしの２層式でもしっかりとホールドできることも分かってきました。

２層になることで、製造にかかる時間が短縮できることからコストも下がり、販売価格も下げられることになるので、両方のラインナップで今後は進めていこうと思います。
