We introduced leather sheath to dealers in various countries and have completed delivery of the first batch of orders.

We received a relatively good response from the dealers, which led to a smooth initial order, but now we are keeping a close eye on “whether we can get a good response from the end users.

Since this product is mainly manufactured by the staff member who also does the handle installations on knives, etc., production capacity may be affected by the ever-changing conditions in the company.

For the past several years, we have been unable to deliver enough orders for kitchen knives, which has been inconveniencing everyone.

Therefore, we are at a loss to decide whether to ‘introduce this leather sheath to new dealers as we go along’ or ‘keep an eye on it in case we get repeat orders from customers to whom we have already delivered it.

各国の販売店さんに革サヤをご紹介し、最初のご注文分は一通り納品が完了しました。

販売店の皆さんからは比較的良い反応を頂き、スムーズに初回の受注にはつながりましたが、現在は『エンドユーザーの皆さんから良い反応が得られるか』を注視している状況です。

この製品は、包丁の柄挿げ等も兼務するスタッフが主に製作しているため、日々変化する社内の状況によって、生産能力が影響を受けることがあります。

ここ数年、包丁においてはたくさんご注文を頂いてもなかなか納品できず、皆さんにご迷惑をお掛けし続けてきてしまいました。

そのため『この革サヤを 新たな販売店さんにもどんどん紹介していく』か、あるいは『すでに納品したお客さんからのリピート注文に備えて様子を見ておく』か、判断の迷うところです。
