Frankly speaking, I think I lost sight of my goals and became tired of being a player.
Because of this situation, I decided to gradually entrust my staff with tasks that I thought I could delegate to them.

正直なところ、目標を見失ったことにより、プレイヤーとしての仕事に疲れてしまったのだと思います。
そんな状況もあり、スタッフに任せられそうな仕事は、少しずつ任せていくことにしました。
