Reflecting on the fact that “I had been making all the decisions for the company myself,” I’ve recently been encouraging everyone to “first try to find a solution among those directly involved” when dealing with the various issues that arise on a daily basis.

I had planned to have the team members involved in customer service come up with a solution to this issue as well.

これまで僕は『会社のあらゆる事を僕自身が決定してしまっていた』という反省から、最近では日々発生する色んな問題についても、『まずは当事者で解決法を探る』ということを促していました。

今回のこの問題についても、接客に関わるメンバーで解決法を考えてもらおうと思っていました。
