Outside young craftspeople to support (1)

As we have mentioned several times in the past, Konosuke is currently focusing on training its own young craftsmen.

Even before we started manufacturing our own products, we had been trying to figure out how we could support young craftspeople from outside the company.

 

応援したい外部の若手職人 (1)

これまでも何度かご紹介している通り、現在幸之祐では自社の若手職人の育成に力を入れています。

また自社製造に取り組む前からも、どのようにして外部の若手職人を応援すべきか、自分達なりに知恵を絞ってきました。

 

If we feel there is potential even if they are young in age or career when we get to know them, like Mr. Myojin, who works with FM, or Mr. Nihei of Sumiiro, we will offer to work with them to create a special knife.

After several sample production runs, when we feel that we have completed a special knife, we will officially add it to the lineup as a regular product of Konosuke.

数回のサンプル製作を経て、特別な包丁が完成したと思えた時には、幸之祐のレギュラー品として正式にラインナップに加えます。
