Growth goals for the company, myself, and staff (10)

We have just started working on a major goal for the company, but in reality, I myself am not 'sacrificing myself and dedicating myself to the company.

I feel that by making an effort to help the company grow, I can ultimately 'grow myself.

今回、会社としての大きな目標を掲げて取り組み始めたところですが、実際のところ僕自身も『自分を犠牲にして 会社のために 献身的に努力する』という訳ではありません。

会社が成長するための努力をすることによって、結果的には『自分自身が成長できる』と感じるからです。
