また職人Ｂについては、今後会社として注力していきたい研ぎ工程を増強するために採用したので、先輩の職人Ａにも教わりながら、結果的には職人Ａ，Ｂともに、業務時間のほとんどを研ぎに費やしてもらうことになりました。

その結果『会社の皆が日々の売上金額をあまり気にしない』という状況を生んでしまい、気付けば『売上金額が前年を下回りそうだ』という大きな危機に直面することになってしまいました。

これは、経営者としての落ち度以外の何ものでもありません。
