What I felt again when I was able to look at our past situation objectively is that ‘maintaining the status quo means regression.

自分達のこれまでの様子を客観的に見られるようになって改めて感じたのは、『現状維持は後退を意味する』ということです。

There is no progress in just waiting for things to get better, and while we are not slacking off in our daily work, I feel that we are in danger of falling below the previous year’s sales if we let our guard down even a little.

I also feel again that it was difficult to come up with ideas to break out of the status quo when the situation was not moving toward the goal.

So what exactly do we need to do to unite the entire company to achieve our lofty goals?

I sought the opinion of a staff member (craftsman A) who was responsible for sales management at my previous company.

状況がよくなるのをただ待っているだけでは進歩がなく、毎日の仕事をサボっている訳ではないのですが、少しでも油断すると前年の売上よりも下回ってしまう危険をはらんでいると感じます。

目標に向かって進んでいない状況では、現状を打破するためのアイデアが出にくかったということも、改めて感じます。

では、全社一丸となって、高い目標を目指すためには具体的にどうすればよいのか。

前に勤めていた会社で、売上管理を任されていたスタッフ（職人A）に意見を求めました。
