【No.473】Reorganizing to Achieve Our Goals (5)

When I was studying the success stories of various companies, I often came across the statement that “every leader of a well-known company always had an outstanding ‘right-hand man’ by their side.”

I became convinced that this person was precisely the “HOW type” I’m referring to in this discussion.

Now, based on our ambitious sales targets (and the philosophy I’ve set forth), I had entrusted Craftsman A with the task of “building a team that inspires members and works together toward achieving our goals” starting in 2025.However, after reflecting on this once again in light of this fiscal year’s progress, I’ve identified areas where my own thinking needs improvement.

【No.473】目標達成に向けての仕切直し (5)

かつて様々な企業の成功事例について学んでいた時、「あらゆる有名企業トップの隣には必ず、優秀な”右腕”がいた」という記述をよく見ました。

この存在がまさに、『今回の話でいうHOWタイプなのだ』と確信に至りました。

さて、高い売上目標（と僕が掲げた理念）に基づき、『メンバーを鼓舞しつつ、達成に向けて皆で努力するようなチーム作り』を、2025年から職人Ａを中心に託していた訳ですが、今年度の進捗状況も踏まえて改めて考えたところ、自分自身の考えの改善すべき点が見つかりました。
