【No.458】Challenging Conventional Wisdom (1)

I finally got around to starting the book that a member recommended to me a little while ago (“Start with Why” by Simon Sinek).

This book provided me with the knowledge I needed to fill in the gaps in my understanding—areas I had struggled with and hadn’t been able to fully grasp from the books I’d read up to that point.

Thanks to this book, our perspective on questions such as “Why do we make knives?” and “What kind of value do our customers expect us to provide?” has changed, and we are gaining a deeper understanding of the vision we should strive for.

【No.458】常識を覆すこと (1)

少し前に会員の方が推薦して下さった書籍（”ＷＨＹから始めよ！”サイモンシネック著）を、最近ようやく読み始めることができました。

この本はちょうど、これまで読んできた本では十分に理解を深められずに残っていた自分の苦手分野に、理解のピースをはめ込むような知識を与えてくれるものでした。

この本のお陰で、『僕達は何のために包丁を作っているのか』や『お客さん方は僕達に、どのような価値を提供することを期待してくれているのか』についての見え方が変わり、自分達が目指すべき姿の理解を深めつつあります。
