Of course, we can’t expect to attract people who are “superior to us in every way.”After all, someone like that would likely join a higher-level company or start their own business.

However, as we work through the “to-do list (for moving the company forward)” that we update daily, I feel it’s essential for the company’s future growth to find people who are more skilled than we are “in each item on the list.”

ただ、もちろんですが『あらゆる面で自分達より優秀な方』が来てくれることは期待できません。というのも、そんな方であればもっとレベルの高い会社に入るか、ご自身で起業されることになるはずだからです。

しかし、僕達が日々更新している『（会社が前進するための）やることリスト』を遂行するにあたり、『各項目において』今の自分達よりも得意な方を探すことは、今後の会社の成長にとって必要不可欠だと感じています。
