This raises a question.

The question is, “To what extent should we listen to suggestions and improvement proposals from subordinates and team members?”Of course, this includes feedback that may be hard to hear for the person on the receiving end.

This is something I’ve struggled with for 20 to 30 years since entering the workforce, but I’ve finally arrived at my own firm conclusion.

『部下やメンバーからの提言や改善提案には、どの程度耳を傾けるべきか』ということです。もちろんその中には、『指摘を受けた側としては耳の痛い内容』も含みます。

これについては、僕自身も社会人になってから２０～３０年間悩み続けていたことですが、最近になってようやく、自分なりの確固たる答えに辿り着きました。
