Manual labor is often described as “3D” (or “3K” in Japan), and it is sometimes taken for granted that such work is demeaning(A), dirty(B), and dangerous(C).

However, I believe there are plenty of ways to improve such common practices simply by the company making a small effort.

日本ではよく、職人仕事は”３Ｋ”と表現され、『キツい(Ａ)・汚い(Ｂ)・危険(Ｃ)』が当たり前とみなされることがあります。

しかしそんな常識など、会社側のちょっとした心がけ次第で、改善できることはいくらでもあると思っています。
