Craftsman A’s career in sharpening is still very young, but he has been single-mindedly devoted to “making knives that are not often seen in the world,” such as the KS-01 and LI.

職人Ａは研ぎのキャリアこそまだまだ浅いですが、ＫＳ－０１やＬＩなど、これまで『世の中にはあまり出回っていないような包丁を作ること』を目的として、一心に取り組んできました。

This allowed us to accumulate a variety of techniques as technology.

And now, we were able to utilize those techniques in creating a sample product with a new finish derived from FM’s rework.

The result is a new finish.
I think it can be simply described as “a finish somewhere between FM and LI.

Although the appearance has not changed significantly from LI, the key point is “high efficiency in manufacturing.

それによって、色んな手法を技術として蓄積することができました。

そして今回、ＦＭの手直しから派生した新たな仕上げのサンプル品を作るにあたり、それらの技術を活かすことができました。

その結果、新たな仕上げが完成しました。
シンプルに表現すると『ＦＭとＬＩの中間のような仕上げ』と言えるかと思います。

見た目こそＬＩから大きく変わった訳ではないのですが、ポイントは『製造においての効率の良さ』です。
