While Vol.2 has not yet been shipped in earnest, some may feel uncomfortable with this title..
I would like to share with you the status of our recent internal efforts in this regard.

第二弾の包丁もまだ本格出荷していない中、このタイトルに違和感を感じる方もおられるかも知れませんが。。
このあたりについて、ここ最近の社内での取り組み状況をお伝えします。

As we told you, we have been preparing for the second phase of our in-house sharpened knives, which we have named “LI”.

After that, I decided to aim high as a company (【No.105】–【No.119】), communicated this to our staff, and everyone started working on it, starting with ‘being aware of the monthly sales amount and preparing for daily shipments.
In order to increase sales, Craftsman A reviewed the situation in the company and reconfirmed that there were many FMs that had been completed up to the sharpening process but had been stopped due to minor defects such as minor scratches and were left untouched.

自社で研いだ包丁の第二弾を『LI』と命名し、これまで準備を進めてきたのはお伝えした通りです。

その後、会社として高い目標を目指すことを決め(【No.105】~【No.119】)、スタッフにもその思いを伝え、『毎月の売上金額を意識して、日々の出荷の準備をすること』から皆で取り組み始めました。
そんな中、売上を上げるために職人Aが社内の状況を見直したところ、研ぎ工程までが完了したFMで、小キズなどの軽微な不具合のためにストップがかかり、手直しされずにそのままになっているものが多数あることを再確認しました。
